Where Light Breaks Through

The "Rhythm of Light" collection is an ongoing exploration of how illumination transforms the mundane into the poetic. In this series, Andrew Yang captures the fleeting interplay between shadow and radiance, where architectural structures dissolve into rhythmic brushstrokes and atmospheric echoes. Each piece serves as a quiet meditation on the "spirit of place" and the transient beauty of the sun’s journey across our surroundings.

Original Medium: Oil on Canvas

Original Size: 24” × 30”

Artwork Note: Pale blossoms, deep tree shadows, and sunlit greens create a vivid contrast between softness and strength. Where Light Breaks Through captures the moment when light filters through branches and opens the landscape into a bright, uplifting field of colour and movement.
