Shadow Field

The "Poetics" series is a lyrical exploration of quiet observation, where landscape, still life, and passing moments are transformed into studies of color, texture, and light. Rather than describing the world directly, these works dwell in atmosphere — capturing the emotional resonance of ordinary scenes through expressive brushwork, softened edges, and a slower way of seeing.

Original Medium: Acrylic & Mixed Media on Canvas

Original Size: 24” × 24”

Artwork Note: Wide pale fields are interrupted by dark horizontal shadows and sharp green passages, creating a landscape built from contrast and restraint. Shadow Field explores the quiet tension between open ground, distant horizon, and layered surface texture, where light and shadow settle into a balanced abstract composition.

Official Series: Poetics
